A modification of Old Navy's 'Lucky in Line' activation, Play Until You Pay will make waiting in line more enjoyable. Trivia questions, and/or riddles, will be placed on signage throughout the queue.
Surprise Bags
To help move clearance product and accessories, surprise grab bags can be created for each section in the store (e.g. women's, boy's, baby, etc.) and placed near the cash. Shoppers love surprises!
Receipt Riddles
To encourage completion of NPS surveys, a riddle can be added to Old Navy's receipts. Shoppers will be prompted to visit the URL to answer the riddle. They will then be asked to complete the survey to receive 10% off their next purchase.
