Taking inspiration from Sephora, Old Navy can introduce two different coloured shopping bags. This enables consumers to communicate whether they prefer to shop on their own, or would like assistance. Not only does this make the experience more enjoyable for consumers, it helps Old Navy's employees on the sales floor.
To liven up the cold, warehouse-like floors, simple wayfinding decals will guide shoppers to the various store sections. This will not only brighten up the space, but make navigating the store feel more like a guided treasure hunt.
Rather than solely filling the store with promotional signage and product images, an interactive mural can be added. This can be changed easily depending upon the season or active campaign, and will invite the community to come together and play.
